RETURNS & COLLECTIONS

Make returning an item and arranging a collection a doddle with TIGREN's simple policy.

RETURNING GOODS

TIGREN and SIP products are designed to withstand immense heavy-duty use and perform at a top-quality level. However, should any of our customers encounter a faulty machine, or a machine damaged in transit or otherwise, we operate a quick and easy returns policy.


For a swift process, we ask that, when returning any equipment, our Criteria for Returning Goods is followed at all times. This ensures a repair, solution, or alternative is quickly found, satisfying you and allowing work to commence.


Goods are not sold on a 'Sale or Return' nor 'On Approval' basis. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the Distributor. Goods correctly supplied to the order of the buyer will not be accepted or return or exchange unless prior agreement in writing has been arranged. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from a credit note, with £10 minimum charge, regardless of prior carriage chargers.

CRITERIA FOR RETURNING GOODS

Any items authorised for return or repair must meet the following criteria. Failure to do so may result in the return not being accepted. Contact our Sales team on sales@tigren.org or by calling 01509 500414 if you have any questions about eligibility.


  1. All goods must be packaged and labelled clearly.
  2. RN must be on the outer packaging of each item.
  3. Damage and loss via packaging is the sender's responsibility.
  4. All consumables and accessories included must be returned.
  5. All fuels and oils must be removed, with failure incurring an £80 fine.


Any and all warranty repairs will be returned to the distributor carriage paid by SIP. Items claimed as warranty but, upon inspection, are found not to be will be subject to charge. If the item is not covered by warranty, an estimate will be given for repair or recovery of the item prior to work, with the distributor paying carriage costs.

RETURNING GOODS PROCEDURE

All returned TIGREN or SIP items must include a Return Number (RN), which will be authorised and confirmed before any returns can be accepted. To obtain an RN code, please contact the TIGREN Sales team, with the following criteria met:

  1. A valid Distributor Account number
  2. TIGREN part number for any faulty items
  3. Description of any faults or potential repairs
  4. Proof of end user purchase provided

SIP Industrial Products Limited and TIGREN Equipment will arrange for the collection of warranty items when issuing an RN. We will only issue an RN on receipt of a valid proof of purchase. Carriage will be reimbursed only by prior agreement and will be confirmed at the time of issue.
